For a standard gut renovation, the physical work takes between 3 to 6 weeks. However, co-op board approvals and DOB permit lead times can add several weeks before a hammer is swung. We outline the exact timeline in your written proposal.
Our estimates include clear allowances for finish materials (tile, vanity, fixtures) based on the finish level you choose in our calculator. If you select materials under the allowance, you save money. If you choose higher-end luxury materials, the difference is cleanly mapped out via a signed change order.
