Demolition Full tear-out of cabinets, appliances, counters, and flooring. Carting included.
Plumbing Relocation or new rough-in for sink, dishwasher, and ice maker lines. NYC DOB permitted.
Electrical Dedicated 20A circuits for appliances, GFCI per NEC 210.52(A), under-cabinet LEDs in EMT conduit.
Cabinets Installation of semi-custom/custom cabinetry. Laser-leveled with soft-close hardware.
Countertops Coordination of quartz/stone template and install (standard 10–14 day fabrication lead time).
Backsplash Wall prep, waterproofing where necessary, tile setting, and grouting.
Flooring Subfloor leveling. Installation of LVP, engineered wood, or tile.
Drywall & Paint Level 4 finish on all exposed walls and ceilings. Premium kitchen-grade paint.
Appliance Reconnect Final connection and testing of ranges, hoods, fridges, and dishwashers.

Yes. Altering plumbing or adding electrical load (like for a new dishwasher or microwave) requires board approval in NYC. We package the full Alteration Agreement, licenses, and insurance to streamline approval.
You source and select the appliances. We review their spec sheets to ensure your electrical panel can support them and that they fit your new layout. Then, our contract covers the cost of physically installing and connecting them.
